A UIMenu item can be added to both a UITopPage or another UIMenu item. However, in the DHTML menu model of the Flynet E-Migration framework, a UIMenu item can only be either a parent of other menu items, or a container for a target web page type.
To add a UIMenu item, right-click on an available parent, and select Add a DHTML Menu Item:
