Summary

Displays a DateEntry control using the FVDate custom web control.  This is a combination entry field and Calendar image that when clicked displays a calendar.

Details

The DateEntry template will generate the field as an FVDate web control, which provides a clickable icon that pops-up an interactive Calendar control to make selecting a date much easier (and more accurate) for the user.
